Constructing and mapping a true picture of their current situation, work flows and prices being paid. From there we benchmark the current cost of services and service levels provided by the incumbent freight providers. This information then becomes the basis of a detailed complimentary report that will not only outline whether the client is paying correct market rates but list the range of services and efficiencies Customised Freight Solutions can make throughout the supply chain process encompassing all areas affected within the Business.
2. INVOICE SCANNING AND CONSOLIDATION
As part of our ongoing relationship and business model we manage the invoices, importing these into our screening software. This ensures the correct weights are being charged by the carrier and picks up any anomalies. We also visually run through and check each consignment to ensure no extra unjustified charges have been added. We manage this so our clients receive an accurate invoice that can move through their system seamlessly. The invoices are formatted and sorted as per the request of the client for their individual needs, such as departmental charging.
