Our Partnership Process


1. Cost Analysis Services

At Customised Freight Solutions we investigate, review and model our clients Supply Chain and freight requirements. Constructing and mapping a true picture of their current situation, work flows and prices being paid.  From there we benchmark the current cost of services and service levels provided by the incumbent freight providers. This information then becomes the basis of a detailed complimentary report that will not only outline whether the client is paying correct market rates but list the range of services and efficiencies Customised Freight Solutions can make throughout the supply chain process encompassing all areas affected within the Business.

2. Invoice scanning and consolidation

As part of our ongoing relationship and business model we manage the invoices, importing these into our screening software. This ensures the correct weights are being charged by the carrier and picks up any anomalies.  We also visually run through and check each consignment to ensure no extra unjustified charges have been added. We manage this so our clients receive an accurate invoice that can move through their system seamlessly. The invoices are formatted and sorted as per the request of the client for their individual needs, such as departmental charging.

3. Multi carrier freight management system

We have partnered with Compdata to implement and supply the Cloud based software solution iSupplyMaster, which is a multi-carrier freight management software program. iSupplyMaster offers simple implementation, meaning that lower volume users can get the benefits that a true multi-carrier freight management system offers, including fully compliant labelling, freight tracking, carrier cost comparison and carrier decision making. ISupplyMaster supports printing to standard laser printers and to most thermal printers, giving the flexibility and expansion capabilities to allow it to grow with your needs. With an optional import module, allowing consignment data to be imported from accounts systems, or online retail platforms, data entry can be minimized allowing consignments to be created with a minimum of input, speeding up the process and allowing for increasing accuracy.

4. Continuous improvement program

The freight market is continuously evolving, with carrier freight profiles and traffic lanes always changing. We believe our responsibility is ensuring our clients are kept up to speed with any changes industry wide that can affect them. Our clients remain our clients not only because we are a great business to work with and supply a fantastic level of service, it’s also because we are constantly looking for better ways of moving their product and ensuring the rates being paid remain consistently the best available for the service level being supplied.
